        鸿辉系统集成科技（江苏）有限公司成立于2011年，公司坐落于百强县首位的江苏省昆山市。经过十余年的发展，公司已经成长为一家致力于涵盖新能源、半导体、生物医药、食品饮料为主的，全产业类机电、暖通、工艺工程、新能源设计、咨询、施工等领域的专业工程公司。经过多年的高效经营发展，公司逐渐建立了完善的管理体系，遵循现代化企业管理规则运营,正处于快速良性的发展阶段。多年以来，我们始终秉持“建诚信之路、创质量之业”的发展价值观，坚持“科研、专业、务实、挑战”的精神，不断提升工程品质。
   公司现有员工350余人，其中工程技术带头人40人，职称30人（享受政府津贴1人），高级级职称15人；硕士研究生2人，本科以上学历150余人。近年来，公司坚持以人为本、尊重关爱、共同发展的人才培养理念，定期派遣技术人员参加专业进修，提高专业素养，使鸿辉人的专业知识始终处在行业学术的前沿；同时，公司陆续与各地高校建立校企合作，提高人才吸收的广度、提升产学研成果转化的深度，确保了每年为公司持续稳定的输入新力量、新血液的同时，也为公司迈向更高更快的发展打下了坚实的人才基础。

    Honghui System Integration Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, is located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, the first of the top 100 counties. After more than ten years of development, the company has grown into a professional engineering company dedicated to covering the fields of new energy, semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and the entire industry of electromechanical, HVAC, process engineering, new energy design, consulting, construction, and other fields.
